A poem from a blogger from my Coffee Prompt Monday. I promised to critique up to 1K words of a post from one of my prompts, but since I am not qualified to critique poetry and should Not try, I’m going to leave this right here for all of you 🙂
He has a fever. Anything from buzzing bees, the whole colony! He crouches unseen, And fears they will break from thee. He is safe outside. On the other side Of the pinhole, truth reigns free. Secretly from bees. And so he shakes bees He keeps them in his hand tight, Until day’s end come. Until the bees swarm, Until they rise from the hive. And fight for daylight.
Do you see what I see?
A political summary.
